Industrial plastic recycling

Post-industrial plastic waste collection and recycling

We recycle post-industrial PP and PE plastic waste

Industrial plastic waste refers to the plastic scrap and waste generated during the manufacturing process of plastic products. This type of waste typically comes from various stages of production, including:

  • Trimming and Cutting: Excess plastic trimmed off during the production of parts.
  • Rejected Parts: Defective or off-spec parts that do not meet quality standards.
  • Changeovers: Material purged from machines during color or product changes.
  • Scrap: Leftover plastic from molding, extrusion, or other manufacturing processes.

Unlike post-consumer plastic waste, which comes from used products that have reached the end of their lifecycle, post-industrial plastic waste is often cleaner and more homogeneous, making it easier to recycle.

Polypropylene (PP)

We collect post-industrial Polypropylene waste, cutoffs, byproducts, etc., including:

  • containers
  • bumpers
  • interior trim
  • battery cases
  • furniture
  • appliances
  • toys
  • trays
  • boxes
  • saucers for plants
  • household goods
  • surgical instruments
  • syringes
  • medical packaging
  • pipes
  • fittings
  • various components in chemical processing.

We do not collect PP supersacks, textiles, etc.

PE, HDPE, LDPE

Polyethylene (PE, HDPE, LDPE)

We collect both post-industrial HDPE (high-density polyethylene) and LDPE (low-density polyethylene), including:

  • containers
  • barrels
  • drums
  • IBC totes
  • bottles (water, milk, etc.)
  • pallets
  • film
  • pipes and fittings
  • car fuel tanks, interior trim, and under-the-hood parts
  • insulation materials
  • medical packaging
  • toys
  • consumer goods
  • household goods
  • sporting goods, including kayaks, canoes, etc.

We do not collect textiles, etc.

We turn PP waste into commodity

Industrial plastic waste recycling

We recycle Industrial Plastic Waste by:

1. Collection and Segregation: Sorting the plastic by type and quality at the production site.

2. Cleaning: Washing the plastic to remove contaminants.

3. Grinding and Shredding: Reducing the size of plastic waste to make it easier to handle and process.

4. Drying

5. Packaging into super sacks

After that, we get a plastic regrind, wchich is later pelletized and used as a raw material for new plastic products.

Recycling benefits

Benefits of Recycling Post-Industrial Plastic Waste

  • Environmental Impact: Reduces the amount of plastic waste sent to landfills, minimizing environmental pollution.
  • Resource Efficiency: Conserves raw materials by reusing plastic waste in new products.
  • Economic Savings: Reduces costs for manufacturers by providing a source of cheaper recycled materials.
